This is a popular Filipino Favourite . It says sweet but I must say even so it says salty tamarind it is infact sweet and salty all at once. There seem to be exactly the right mix of sugar , salt and tamarind. Wit over 80% of the pack being ripe tamarind it has one of the highest ratios of tamarind that we sell. When I opened it to sample the product to write this review I couldn't stop eating.
