Shipping Information

We ship to most locations across Australia and internationally. Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on destination, carrier rules, or customs regulations.

Shipping costs, delivery options, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location and selected service.


Australian Orders

Express Post (Australia Post)

Delivery times may vary during peak periods, remote locations, or public holidays.


Bus Freight (Greyhound)

Bus freight is available for select regional and remote destinations.

Despatch Schedule

  • Western Australia: Buses leave Monday to Friday
    Orders must be placed Sunday–Thursday
  • Queensland: Buses leave Monday and Thursday
    Orders must be ready for depot drop-off:
    • Friday morning (for Monday despatch)
    • Thursday morning (for Friday despatch)

Bus services operate on public holidays, however parcels are dropped at the depot.

International Orders

We ship internationally where permitted. Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for ensuring products comply with local customs and import regulations.
  • Customs rules, prohibited items, duties, and taxes vary by country and change frequently.
  • We recommend checking your country’s import requirements before placing an order.

Refused or Returned International Shipments

If an international order is refused entry, held, or returned to sender by customs or border authorities:

  • Postage costs are non-refundable.
  • Any refund issued will apply only to the product value, excluding shipping.
  • This is due to carrier and customs fees already being incurred.

If a returned parcel incurs additional return shipping or handling fees, these may be deducted from the refund.


Shipping Estimates & Weights

  • Shipping and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
  • Rates for many items are weight-based.
  • Item weights are listed on product pages.
  • To match carrier pricing rules, weights are rounded up to the nearest whole unit.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your return is due to our error (incorrect item, damaged or faulty product):

  • We’ll cover return shipping costs.
  • You’ll receive a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

Refund Timeframes

Once your return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks, often sooner:

  • Return transit time: 5–10 business days
  • Return processing: 3–5 business days
  • Bank processing: 5–10 business days

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to My Account → Complete Orders.
  3. Select the order and click Return Item(s).
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
